About Donation

A Loaned Executive is an employee of a company or organization who is “loaned” to Inclusion Ghana or a beneficiary member to provide an expert service, training, or consultation over a period of time (a day(s), week(s), month(s), or year(s)).

Loaned Executives work for a specified period of time or on specific projects on a part-time or full-time basis while being paid their regular salary from the company that loaned them.

Loaned Executives are carefully selected individuals who are highly motivated and desire to enhance their professional skills, advance their careers, and help those in need.

Do Loaned Executives Receive Training?

Loaned Executives attend a day training session that teaches them about Inclusion Ghana’s policies and beneficiary agencies.
